When the new terminal at Kansas City International Airport opens next year, it will be home to 28 commissioned pieces of public art.
From “Ornithology,” a sculpture inspired by birds and saxophones, to “Riff/Lift” a multi-story representation of jazz and aviation, this map shows where you can expect to see nine of the most striking pieces. The other artworks will be located in the departure lounges in Concourses A and B.
