Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet and pink. Lots and lots of pink.
Every color of the rainbow made an appearance at Chappell Roan’s first Kansas City concert on Friday, with glitter and themed outfits drawing inspiration from Roan’s discography and performances.
But pink was definitely the hero. Themed as the “Pink Pony Club,” the concert was packed full of nods to cowboys and magentas in every shade.
Scattered across the crowd, you could find butterfly wings, rodeo clown makeup, colorful fans, boots of all kinds, corsets, fishnets and lots of face paint as Roan’s fan emulated her iconic drag-inspired style.
