How much are Chappell Roan shirts? What to know about merch prices at KC shows
Missouri-born pop star Chappell Roan wraps up her New York shows this week, then will set her sights on Kansas City for shows Friday, Oct. 3, and Saturday, Oct. 4.
The singer will set up shop at Museum & Memorial Park for the Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour, which is the lawn at National WWI Museum and Memorial. It was recently announced that indie pop singer Japanese Breakfast will open the show Friday, and hip-hop artist Baby Tate will open the show Saturday.
You can expect to see fans decked out in their best Pink Pony Club attire, featuring a lot of pink in the form of glitter, eyeshadow, bedazzled cowboy hats and cowboy boots. While some will go off-theme, you can probably find people even more excited to wear the merchandise they just purchased.
Shirts, hats and tote bags are available on the concert grounds, featuring exclusive designs made for the limited tour. Here’s a look at what’s for purchase and how much each item costs.
Prices of Chappell Roan’s tour merch
Roan’s official fan club on Instagram revealed what the merchandise looks like, showing off 10 pieces in total. Fans can get their hands on four shirts, three hoodies, a tote bag, bandana and a hat from the merchandise booth.
Photos shared from fans who attended her first four shows in New York also revealed a lighter, accordion fan and vinyl of her debut album “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.”
Three shirt designs cost $45 each. They include one in an off-white shade featuring Roan’s face; another in white with the tour dates; and a black shirt featuring Shigella, based on the plush iguana she brings on her stage for her performance of “Coffee.” .
Another shirt in light purple and white with another portrait of her face costs $55. A tote bag sharing the same portrait is $20, and a bandana with a rabbit holding a wand is also $20.
Each hoodie (blue with butterfly and rabbit designs, brown with a reference to her latest single “The Subway,” and black with the tour name) costs $85. The “Midwest Princess” camo trucker hat is $35.
The accordion fan and lighters are $10 each, and fans can collect five different lighter designs, each with a picture of the promotional art used for her single “The Giver.”
