Here’s where Taylor Swift got her Chiefs Super Bowl outfit: Bedazzled jeans, ’87’ purse
Wearing all black with a red jacket slung over one shoulder, hair pulled into a cheerleader ponytail and what appeared to be a No. 87 necklace around her neck, Taylor Swift made her last runway entrance to a Kansas City Chiefs game this season at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.
The Instagram account Taylor Swift Styled had the scoop on her outfit. Swift’s embellished black jeans are from Area. The red Chiefs jacket is from Wear by Erin Andrews. (Swift had worn a red windbreaker by Andrews at the Oct. 1 Chiefs game.) Her black bustier is by Dion Lee.
The front of her jeans were bedazzled. Did she and boyfriend Travis Kelce — No. 87 on the team — work from the same fashion memo? He arrived earlier with the team in a suit that shimmered.
The style blog identified Swift’s purse, which had a No. 87 on it, as a $4,500 Judith Leiber purse shaped like a football. It’s the same luxury brand that made the microphone-shaped purse Clark Hunt’s family gave Swift for her birthday in December.
Swift arrived with a squad of besties:
Actress Blake Lively wore a red track suit with a white tank top and her hair in huge curls.
Singer Ice Spice, who was just at the Grammy Awards with Swift last weekend, arrived with them. The two friends were nominated for best pop duo/group performance for “Karma,” but didn’t win.
Safe to say they were hoping for a different outcome Sunday. (Swift did win two Grammys that night, including the biggie, album of the year.)
Swift’s friend, stylist and designer Ashley Avignone, walked in with the group too.
Swift’s mother, Andrea Swift, was also part of her arrival squad, carrying a red Valentino purse with a gold “V” emblem on the front — Chiefs colors, not coincidentally.
