Pedestrian struck and killed by vehicle Monday in Kansas City
Update: Police said the man was intentionally struck and the incident is being investigated as a homicide.
A pedestrian died Monday after being struck by a vehicle in the 2300 block of Topping Avenue in Kansas City, according to police.
The Kansas City Police Department announced shortly before 5 p.m. that the crash was being investigated.
