Summit Grill opens in the Northland, in new downtown Gladstone development

They first opened Summit Grill in Lee’s Summit in 2012 and added a Waldo location two years later. The menu includes pot roast, chicken fried chicken, Prime Rib Dip, grilled Faroe Island Atlantic salmon, Parmesan-rusted tilapia, pan-seared Duroc pork chops and steaks.

Summit Grill’s culinary director, Po Wang, has created some new items for the Gladstone location: baked brie, a Pimento Cheeseburger and a grilled chicken and goat cheese salad.

Hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Thursday (with the kitchen closing at 10 p.m.); 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday (with the kitchen closing at 11 p.m.); 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday (with the kitchen closing at 11 p.m.); and 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday (with the kitchen closing at 9 p.m.).

Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Happy hour will be offered daily from 3 to 6 p.m. in the bar area.
