KC’s hot summer of concerts continues. Here are 8 shows to catch in July

If you’re a fan of country, pop and 2000s garage band music, July is the month for you.

In the midst of the final stretch of World Cup madness, here are eight shows happening in Kansas City in July.

Louis Tomlinson

The former One Direction star is bringing his How Did We Get Here? World Tour to Independence. He will perform at Cable Dahmer Arena on Thursday, July 2.

His tour is in conjunction with his third studio album, “How Did We Get Here?,” which released in January.

Tickets are still available for this show, starting at $50.45, according to Ticketmaster.

Bob Dylan

Legendary American folk singer and songwriter Bob Dylan will bring his own spark to Kansas City on the Fourth of July when he performs at the Starlight Theater. He’s on what fans have called The Never Ending Tour, named after his relentless tour schedule that saw him perform hundreds of shows every year since 1988.

Joining Dylan on tour is three-time Grammy winner Lucinda Williams and her band, and John Doe Folk Trio.

Tickets are still available for this showing, starting at $59.25, according to Starlight Theater. In honor of the holiday, there will be a post-show fireworks display.

Gabby Barrett, Sheryl Crow, The All-American Rejects and Tech N9ne

It's a new month, but the shows at FIFA Fan Fest are still going strong. Four artists will close out Kansas City’s free World Cup party.

Country singer Gabby Barrett will lead things off Friday, July 3. Following suit will be Missouri graduate and singer Sheryl Crow, headlining the fest Friday, July 10. Rounding out the final day of Fan Fest will be KC native Tech N9ne and punk-rock group The All American Rejects on Saturday, July 11.

Luke Bryan

After previously cancelling his Kansas City-area appearance in 2025 because of health issues, country star Luke Bryan is back to headline his own show. The five-time Entertainer of the Year winner with the Academy of Country Music Awards, will perform on Thursday, July 9, at Morton Amphitheater as part of his Word On The Street Tour.

He’ll be joined by country singers Shane Profitt, Lauren Watkins and RaeLynn. Tickets are starting at $48.79 on Ticketmaster.

Evanescence

Grammy-winning rock group Evanescene will perform at the Morton Amphitheater on Sunday, July 12. The group recently released its sixth studio album, “Sanctuary,” June 5.

The group will be joined by Canadian metal group Spiritbox and British rock duo Nova Twins. Tickets start at $40 on Ticketmaster.

Post Malone

During the 2026 MLB All Star Break, some specials guests will be visiting Kauffman Stadium. Global superstar Post Malone will be joined by country star Jelly Roll for The BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2. The duo will take the field Wednesday, July 15.

Malone has been one of the biggest artists in music since his splash onto the scene in 2016. He currently has the second most RIAA-certified diamond songs with nine, which includes hits like “Psycho,” “Sunflower,” “Congratulations” and more. Jelly Roll won three Grammys at the 2026 Grammy Awards, including the award for Best Contemporary Country Album for his album “Beautifully Broken.”

Tickets are available at $44.25 for this show, according to Ticketmaster.

Forrest Frank

The lone concert at the T-Mobile Center for July belongs to Christian artist Forrest Frank. The Grammy-nominated singer will be there Friday, July 24.

The Jesus Generation Tour will bring artists Tori Kelly, Cory Ashbury, as well as Christian group The Figs. Tickets for the show start at $150.60 on AXS.

Jason Aldean

Grammy nominated country singer Jason Aldean will bring the Songs About Us 26 Tour to the Morton Amphitheater on Saturday, July 25. He’ll be accompanied by fellow country artists Chase Matthew, Mackenzie Carpenter and Dee Jay Silver.

Aldean last performed in KC in 2023 at the T-Mobile Center for his Highway Desperado Tour. Tickets for his 2026 show start at $35 on Ticketmaster.
