While in France, Patrick Mahomes’ mother bumped into Chiefs fan wearing her son’s jersey
Chiefs Kingdom isn’t limited to Missouri and Kansas, nor the United States. Chiefs fans can be found all around the globe.
And sometimes Chiefs fans from the United States just happen to run into each other in a foreign country.
That happened recently for Randi Mahomes, who is the mother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. She is vacationing in Europe and saw someone wearing her son’s No. 15 Chiefs jersey.
It was a fan from Olathe.
It’s spring break for many Kansas City-area schools, and Darren Cauthon and his son are in France. They just happened to bump into Randi Mahomes in Paris.
Cauthon shared a photo on X in response to a post from Mahomes.
“It was great to meet you, thank you so much for saying hi to us!” Cauthon wrote. “Paris is so big, but it’s a small world… so funny to meet Chiefs fans across the pond! How ‘bout those CHIEFS!!!”
