Mecole Hardman’s fiancée, Chariah Gordon, bids farewell to friends she joined at Chiefs games

Reid talked on that subject after he had left the Chiefs as a free agent. It’s part of life in the NFL. A trade or free-agent signing means a player has to uproot not only his home, but that of the people he loves.

And so it is with wide receiver Mecole Hardman. He is signing with the Green Bay Packers, which means his fiancée, Chariah Gordon, won’t be seeing her friends who are Chiefs wives and girlfriends at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Gordon is one of the most high-profile Chiefs WAGs. She shared behind-the-scene photos from games and hosted Instagram lives at all hours of the day that revealed life in the NFL.

On Tuesday she shared an Instagram story with photos of her friends, including superstar singer Taylor Swift, who is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Swift and Gordon became close and the two did their own version of a postgame interview after the Chiefs played. Fans loved them. Gordon and Hardman went viral in 2023 when they were the first couple to be photographed with Swift and Kelce.

“I’m really going to miss y’all,” Gordon wrote Tuesday night, including a broken-heart emoji and a crying face with her farewell.

Gordon frequently shared photos and videos from a suite at Arrowhead Stadium where she watched games with Phanel Ellese, who is dating linebacker Nick Bolton, and Geralynn Hinton, who is dating Derrick Nnadi, along with Swift and others. Nnadi earlier this week left the Chiefs for the New York Jets.

Hardman and Gordon became engaged last summer, and the couple has two children: a son named Mecole Hardman III and a daughter named Ci.
