Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift hang out with Patrick, Brittany Mahomes at U.S. Open
Not all eyes were on the field for the Chiefs’ 27-20 win over the Ravens on Thursday night. That’s always going to be the case when superstar singer Taylor Swift is at a game.
Multiple outlets took note that Swift wasn’t in the same Arrowhead suite as Brittany Mahomes at Thursday game and said there was a rift between them because of their political views.
That proved false because Swift and Mahomes, the KC Current co-owner, hung out together Sunday at the U.S. Open men’s final in New York with their significant others. They’re better known as Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.
But most of the social-media attention from Swifties was on Swift and Kelce. Swift’s fans were over the moon about multiple photos of the couple enjoying some cozy moments.
The celebrity couple jetted to New York on Friday and paparazzi spotted them at a pizzeria and other locations before they headed to Sunday’s tennis match. By the way, Jannik Sinner beat Taylor Fritz 6-3, 6-4, 7-5.
Prime Social return
Not long after the Chiefs beat the Ravens on Thursday, Kelce and Swift returned to one of their favorite spots in Kansas City: Prime Social on the Country Club Plaza.
That’s according to the New York Post and People Magazine.
“Everyone partied hard. A good time was definitely had,” a source told People. “Travis and Taylor both let loose.”
The Post reported that Kelce “let his teammates know in the locker room at Arrowhead Stadium that he was throwing a party at Prime Social and everyone was invited.”
Kelce and Swift first went to Prime Social after making their relationship public last year at the Chiefs’ win over the Chicago Bears. It perhaps holds sentimental meaning to the couple.
After Thursday’s game, Kelce and Swift were photographed with Chiefs receiver Mecole Hardman and fiancée Chariah Gordon.
