The numbers were positive Sunday for the Chiefs in their 31-13 win at Washington.

The Chiefs piled up 499 yards of offense in the game and outscored Washington 21-0 in the second half. The offense looked sharp in the final two quarters and the much-maligned defense didn’t allow a point over those 30 minutes.

With the victory, the Chiefs’ record improved to 3-3 and ended a two-game losing streak. It’s been a rough start to the season for the Chiefs, but there were good vibes following Sunday’s victory.
