This weekend marks the perfect time to bring a baseball glove to The K.

The Kansas City Royals will use special baseballs to commemorate the 1985 and 2015 World Series teams against the St. Louis Cardinals. Friday will honor the 1985 team with a unique insignia stamped on the baseball.

Saturday will honor the 2015 team. Members of both squads will be in attendance throughout the weekend at Kauffman Stadium.

The Royals will also have enticing giveaways. Fans who purchase a theme ticket will receive a George Brett and Bret Saberhagen bobblehead on Friday.

The biggest giveaway will be on Saturday. The first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a replica 2015 World Series championship ring.

The Royals and Cardinals are set to renew their I-70 series rivalry. The three-game set is a part of Major League Baseball’s Rivalry Weekend.
