Former Kansas State football players land with NFL teams as undrafted free agents

Three former Kansas State football players were selected in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Several more were able to land with professional teams as undrafted free agents.

Jacob Parrish got an eventful weekend started for the Wildcats when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers chose him in the third round of the draft. Running back DJ Giddens was next, as the Indianapolis Colts selected him in the fifth round. Defensive back Marques Sigle was selected soon after by the San Francisco 49ers.

Under the guidance of head coach Chris Klieman, the Wildcats have produced 13 NFL Draft picks since 2021.

Multiple other players will now get an opportunity to make a NFL roster after going undrafted.

Keenan Garber, a speedy cornerback from Lawrence, signed a free agent deal with the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday night. He will look to help their secondary next season.

The New Orleans made K-State offensive lineman Easton Kilty a priority after the draft came to an end. A former North Dakota transfer, he could be a sleeper at the next level.

Three other former K-State players earned invitations to compete at rookie camp with teams.

Kicker Chris Tennant and linebacker Austin Moore will both reportedly try out for the Kansas City Chiefs. Ty Bowman earned an invite with the Denver Broncos.
