‘Another hot day coming our way’: KC’s high temperature to keep hitting the 90s

School may have started, but summer weather is still here with temperatures in the 90s expected to continue.

Tuesday’s high is 94, according to FOX4 meteorologist Joe Lauria, who provided a weather update to The Star.

“Another hot day coming our way for (Tuesday), not overly humid,” he said. “But the one thing we really need is some rain and right now there aren’t any really good chances showing up at least through Sunday.”

Wednesday’s high is also 94. There may be more clouds Thursday, which has a high of 90.

“Hot weather around the area, no doubt about that,” Lauria said. “And that’s not changing over the next several days.”

Friday’s high reaches 92 while Saturday’s is slightly cooler at 84.
