Election Day is just a few weeks away, on Tuesday, Aug. 4, but voters across Kansas City can cast their ballots in person early.

Absentee voting is underway, and advance voting locations will soon be available for all registered voters with no excuse or application needed. Voters can continue to apply for a mail-in ballot, but they must submit their applications at least a week before Election Day to receive one.

There’s a lot on the ballots, from the governor’s race and a senator’s seat in Kansas to three House of Representative seats in Missouri following the state’s controversial redistricting.
