Championship round: Which KC educator should win The Star’s Honor Roll bracket?

Neil Nakahodo

We asked readers to nominate Kansas City area educators who have made a difference for our Honor Roll bracket, and you delivered.

We’ve published the nominations for all 89 educators highlighted by the students, families and colleagues they’ve touched with their work in classrooms and schools around the metro.

We’ve received thousands of votes in support of educators. We know they are all winners because of the support they provide to students. But, we want to know which of these two educators should win our bracket and be named top of the class. Here’s how:

  • Read through the nominations and get to know our class of educators. We recommend having this open in a second window while you vote.
  • Vote for 2 of the following educators in the module below. (Yes, you may vote more than once.) If it isn’t displaying, try this link.
  • Make sure to vote before the deadline of 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 7.
  • Check back here Thursday to see which educators have moved onto the next round.
