A man whose body was recovered from the Missouri River Wednesday night has been identified as 32-year-old Dusenge Mukiza of Kansas City, Kansas, according to law enforcement officials.

Mukiza was found by two fishermen around 8:40 p.m. near 210 Highway and Edwards Road near Missouri City, according to Sarah Boyd, public relations manager with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
