Guests share more photos of Taylor Swift party in Kansas City. It had an Eras Tour theme
Friends of Travis Kelce have shared more photos from Taylor Swift’s birthday party in Kansas City, an affair that also marked the end of her record-breaking Eras Tour.
Brittany Mahomes shared some of the first party pics with her Instagram followers on Wednesday. Now other guests, including longtime friends of Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, have posted more.
The theme was clearly Eras Tour. Kelce wore white tie and tails like he did when he surprised Swifties by performing at a concert in London over the summer.
Kelce’s best friend, former Chiefs tight end Ross Travis, shared photos of the music-and-dance-filled bash on his Instagram account. So did guest Jo-Jo Edwards-Helaire, wife of former Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who told one commenter on her Instagram that the party was “a congratulations party and a surprise from Travis.”
Patrick Mahomes, who was also there, wore a tux, too.
“Everyone’s in an Eras outfit!!!!” one Swift fan commented on Mahomes’ post.
Guests were seen wearing friendship bracelets and outfits reflecting various Swift albums, including “Fearless” and “Lover.” Brittany wore a silver fringed minidress, like the one Swift wore during the “Fearless” set of her show.
The NFL wife and co-owner of the KC Current soccer team was seen in two photos with Patrick and in three pictures with Swift — as well as Swift’s BFF Ashley Avignone and Lyndsay Bell, wife of Chiefs tight end Blake Bell.
“Much like the year prior, Taylor celebrated her birthday in an embellished LBD (Little Black Dress),” Swift style watcher Sarah Chapelle noted on her Instagram account, Taylor Swift Styled.
Of Swift’s Balmain halter-neck knit dress ($4,290), Chapelle wrote: “Compared to last year’s tight mini (by Clio Peppiatt), this dress is a flared halter made from a stretchier knit fabric. It also looks like her birthday was celebrated Eras-style.”
One Swiftie’s social-media posts — asking if a blurred-out photo from the party was hiding an engagement ring — went viral and was the subject of Daily Mail and New York Post stories.
