31-year-old Wichita man killed in one car wreck on I-435 in Wyandotte County Friday
A 31-year-old man died Friday in a single vehicle wreck on Interstate 435 at Donahoo Road in Wyandotte County, police said.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol Crash Report Aaron Edminster, from Wichita, was traveling south on I-435 around 2:45 p.m. when his car left the road.
He was fatally injured after hitting a concrete base and a Kansas Department of Transportation road sign, the report said.
He was transported to a hospital where he later died.
Kansas Highway Patrol responded to the scene. Details about factors that may have led to the crash were not immediately available.
