Two new restaurants, two new shops coming to Legends Outlets in Kansas City, Kansas

The Legends Outlets has announced four new businesses coming to the Kansas City, Kansas, development.

Tropical Smoothie Café plans a Feb. 9 opening at 1714 Village West Pkwy., a former Sonic. In addition to smoothies, the chain sells wraps, bowls, salads, sandwiches and flatbreads. It has other metro locations in Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee and Prairie Village. Smoothies will go for just $1.99 on opening day.

K-Pot is aiming for a late spring or early summer opening at 1705 Village West Pkwy. The Asian hot pot restaurant incorporates Korean barbecue into its menu, with options like beef bulgogi and miso pork belly. The chain’s first Kansas City area location opened last spring in Overland Park.

World of Wonder, a toy store that also carries arts and crafts and educational resources, plans an April 1 opening at Suite T-105,between Carter’s and Rack Room.

Todd’s Clothiers, a high-end men’s clothing retailer and tailor, will take over Suite B-101, across from Lids. No open date has been set.
