Beef sandwiches. Burgers. Cheese curds. Chain plans another Kansas City area location

Beef-A-Roo recently confirmed it was coming to Johnson County. Now another area location is in the works.

It will open in a freestanding building at 621 E. Markey Parkway in Belton.

It also is opening in a former Zaxby’s at 9500 W. 135th in Overland Park. No opening date was available.

It has dropped its plans to open in a former McDonald’s at 10460 W. 103rd St. in Overland Park, but did not give a reason.
