Beef sandwiches. Burgers. Cheese curds. Chain plans another Kansas City area location
Beef-A-Roo recently confirmed it was coming to Johnson County. Now another area location is in the works.
It will open in a freestanding building at 621 E. Markey Parkway in Belton.
It also is opening in a former Zaxby’s at 9500 W. 135th in Overland Park. No opening date was available.
It has dropped its plans to open in a former McDonald’s at 10460 W. 103rd St. in Overland Park, but did not give a reason.
The fast-casual restaurant chain, which was founded in 1967, offers a variety of roast beef wraps and sandwiches, as well as fresh-never-frozen burgers, chicken and turkey sandwiches, pork tenderloins, grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken strips, salads, cheese curds sweet potato fries and cheddar fries. It also has gluten-free items.
