Kansas City area restaurants with health code violations: Kobi-Q, Lucky Dynasty, more

Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority or critical health code violations, with highlighted links to some original public record reports.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links to the reports are not available).

KC India Mart, 8542 W. 133rd St., Overland Park, had 13 priority violations during a Feb. 23 routine inspection.

Las Islas Marias, 7516 State Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a Feb. 23 routine inspection.

Woodside, kitchen, 2000 W. 47th Place, Westwood, had eight priority violations during a Feb. 21 routine inspection.

Guitars & Cadillacs/Tequila Flats, 7312 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a Feb. 23 first operational inspection after licensing.

The Kansas City Health Department cited these operations for seven or more critical violations:

Kobi-Q, 425 Westport Road, had nine critical violations during a Feb. 24 routine inspection.

Express Stop, deli, 3500 Independence Ave., had 15 critical violations during a Feb. 10 follow-up inspection and 15 critical violations during a Feb. 17 follow-up inspection.

Lucky Dynasty, 1110 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., had nine critical violations during a Feb. 17 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Feb. 27 follow-up inspection.

The Drum Room, Hilton President Kansas City hotel, 1329 Baltimore Ave., had eight critical violations during a Feb. 14 routine inspection.

Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill, 3906 Bell St., had eight critical violations during a Feb. 8 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Feb. 24 follow-up inspection.

The Gallery, Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza, 770 W. 47th St., had seven priority violations during a Feb. 8 routine inspection.
