Multiple health code violations for JoCo restaurants: Pine & Bamboo Gardens, Homer’s

Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority health code violations.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available).

▪ Pine & Bamboo Garden, 10915 W. 63rd St., Shawnee, had 18 priority violations during a May 5 routine inspection.

▪ Homer’s Coffee House, 7126 W. 80th St., Overland Park, had eight priority violations during a May 5 routine inspection.

▪ Redrock Canyon Grill, Corbin Park, 13505 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had eight priority violations during a May 5 routine inspection.

▪ Gangnam Korean Restaurant, 10326 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a May 5 routine inspection.

▪ La Carreta, 949 E. Lincoln Lane, Gardner, had seven priority violations during a May 4 routine inspection.
