These 7 artists are coming to Kansas City in April: Curren$y, Pat Metheny & more
With the first quarter of the year wrapped up, Kansas City’s 2026 concerts aren’t slowing down . From hip-hop to rock and R&B, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this month.
Here are seven shows happening in April across Kansas City.
Keith Sweat, Joe, Dru Hill, Ginuwine, and Kut Klose
It’ll be an R&B affair in Kansas City when multiple icons make their way to the T-Mobile Center on Friday, April 3. Keith Sweat, Joe, Dru Hill, Ginuwine and Kut Klose will take the stage.
Each artist was dominant in the late 1990s through the early 2000s. They’re responsible for many old school R&B hits, including Ginuwine’s “Pony,” Dru Hill’s “In My Bed” and many more classic records.
Tickets are starting at $87.85 for the Kansas City show, according to AXS.
Curren$y
New Orleans rapper Curren$y will stop in Kansas City for The Winners Circle Tour. The show is 8 p.m. Friday, April 10, at The Truman.
Curren$y recently released his “Spiral Staircases” mixtape with Larry June and The Alchemist. He will be joined by The 747 Band, Fendi P, and Stoney Jackson for his show.
General admission for the show starts at $54.64, according to AXS.
Pat Metheny
Lee’s Summit native Pat Metheny will come home Saturday, April 4, when he performs at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. He has won a whopping 22 Grammy Awards through his music, which features a mix of jazz fusion, contemporary jazz and Latin.
Tickets are starting at $60.50, according to the Kauffman Center.
Krooked Kings
The first stop for indie band Krooked Kings’ tour will be in Kansas City. The In Another Life Tour will start Sunday, April 5, at recordBar.
The tour supports their album, “In Another Life,” which released March 27. Tickets are starting at $28.30, according to Ticketmaster.
Tommy Emmanuel
Australian guitarist and Grammy winner Tommy Emmanuel will perform at the Uptown Theatre on Wednesday, April 8. The 70-year-old released his latest album “Living In The Light” in 2025.
Tickets are starting at $38.95, according to Ticketmaster.
Stephen Wilson Jr.
Country and rock singer Stephen Wilson Jr. will be in KC on Friday, April 17, for the Gary The Torch 2026 Tour. The show will be held at Midland Theatre.
Wilson has over 800,000 followers on Instagram and has 2.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Tickets are starting at $138.05, according to AXS.
Third Day
Christian band Third Day are reuniting for its 30th Anniversary Tour, with a stop at the T-Mobile Center on Wednesday, April 29. The group has won four Grammy Awards and last released a new studio albumin 2017 with its project “Revival.”
Tickets are starting at $25, according to AXS.
