Cheerleader hit in face by errant pass at OU spring game turns video into funny meme

She never saw it coming.

During Oklahoma's spring game Saturday, Sooners quarterback Austin Kendall lofted a pass toward the sideline, but it was too far off target for the receiver.

The pass was, however, right on mark for cheerleader Kylie Fears. The ball smacked her square in the face and she crumpled to the ground, as you can see in the video above. Fortunately, Fears was uninjured.

Fears shared a photo on Instagram from the sideline of the game before she was hit. Kendall left this comment: "I am very sorry I hope you feel better!"

She responded: "it’s okay, I feel much better! You have an amazing throw hahaha"

Fears also turned the video of the clip into a funny meme:
