Republicans are pushing for new inspection requirements on clinics offering abortions and tougher restrictions on doctors who perform abortions. The Missouri Senate is considering holding an official in contempt. And the Missouri House approved a budget that would block Planned Parenthood and any other clinic that counsels women to have abortions from receiving any money through Medicaid.
