Kansas City police seek man who robbed woman’s home, pointed gun at her
Kansas City police sought the public’s help Wednesday in identifying a man who robbed a woman’s home and pointed a gun at her last week.
The robbery occurred Friday at a home in the 4000 block of North Troost Avenue. On Wednesday, police circulated photos of the robber taken from a surveillance camera in the home.
The woman told police she had returned home and found an unknown man in her kitchen. The man fled from the home, and the woman chased him until he stopped and pointed a handgun at her.
Police said the robber was wearing wearing a baseball hat, an orange T-shirt, black shorts and gloves.
