Kansas City sobriety checkpoint nets 11 DUI arrests
A Kansas City sobriety checkpoint late Friday into early Saturday yielded 11 DUI arrests.
Police said they stopped 320 vehicles between 10 p.m. Friday and 3 a.m. Saturday on the exit ramp at Interstate 435 and 103rd Street.
There were 11 DUI arrests, three narcotics arrests (including two felonies), two firearms violations and one fugitive apprehended.
