Police identify man found shot to death on Bannister Road in KC

A man killed Saturday morning in southeast Kansas City has been identified as 24-year-old Frank Elliott Raney Jr. of Kansas City.

Police responded about 6 a.m. to a shooting near Bannister Road and McGee Street and declared Raney dead at the scene.

Police on Saturday had no information on a suspect.
