KC police investigate man’s shooting death at 27th Street and Benton Boulevard
Kansas City police are investigating the shooting death of a man found Wednesday at 27th Street and Benton Boulevard.
Officers responded to a shots-fired call just before 11 a.m. The victim was found inside a residence. He was taken to a hospital and later died of his injuries.
No other details were released.
It is the city’s 43rd homicide of the year. There were 30 homicides reported during the same period in 2016.
