Authorities identify man shot to death early Friday in Kansas City
Authorities identified a man shot and killed in a double shooting early Friday in Kansas City.
Steven Thompson, 49, of Kansas City, was one of two people shot about 1 a.m. in the 400 block of Colorado Avenue.
Officers found Thompson dead, and another person was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Two suspects were in custody in connection with the shooting.
