Kansas City police seek help locating possible kidnapping victim

Kansas City police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 19-year-old man who may be a kidnapping victim.

The victim is identified as Cristian Escutia, who was seen Monday evening at his home in Northeast Kansas City. Witnesses said they saw Escutia being forced into a vehicle by several people. The vehicle then sped away in an unknown direction.
