Police identify man found dead Monday in Kansas City street

Police have identified a body found Monday lying in the street in the 9900 block of Walnut Street.

The victim is David C. Lenox, 66, of Kansas City, Kansas City police say.

Lenox was found by officers and later pronounced dead. Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
