Two men found shot to death in Kansas City, Kan.
Two men were found shot to death Tuesday inside a house in northeast Kansas City, Kan.
Police were called about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday to the house in the 400 block of Greeley Avenue after an acquaintance of the victims found their bodies.
That person told police that they had been unable to reach the residents of the home and went to check on them.
The victims, both in their 20s, were shot multiple times. Police said they were found just inside the front door of the house. The homicide scene is about a block and a half north of Banneker Elementary School.
A police spokesman said that the house had not been the scene of any recent police calls.
He said that police were unsure of when the men were killed. They are asking anyone who saw or heard anything in the area Monday night or Tuesday morning to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
