Man dies after scuffle over gun at Kansas City auto shop
Kansas City police are investigating a shooting at an auto repair shop on the west side of 39th Street and Indiana.
An armed man entered the business around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and argued with the shop owner, police said. The man showed his weapon, and the two began wrestling for it. The man who threatened the owner was shot during the scuffle, police said.
When police arrived, they found the victim inside. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
