More charges for suspended KCK firefighter accused of indecent liberties with a child
A Kansas City, Kan. firefighter suspended without pay after being arrested in connection with a sex case involving a minor, faces additional charges
Shane McClure, 36, was charged Wednesday in Wyandotte County District Court with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. On Thursday McClure was hit with amended charges. They include three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of sexual battery.
Online court records indicate the alleged incidents were reported Monday.
A spokesman for the Kansas City, Kan., Fire Department confirmed the suspension Wednesday night.
Bond for McClure was set at $50,000. His next court date is Nov. 22.
