Kansas City police investigate fatal shooting
Kansas City police are investigating a fatal shooting near Indiana Avenue and Garner Avenue Sunday night.
The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. when police responded to a call for an ambulance. Police found a man suffering from apparent gun shot injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police had not identified the victim, nor was any suspect information available. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline 816-474-TIPS (8477).
