Taylor Swift cheered Travis Kelce as he made more Chiefs history on Monday
When she was a guest earlier this month on “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” superstar singer Taylor Swift shared a funny story about fiancée Travis Kelce’s mix-up with director Greta Gerwig.
Within that tale, Swift explained how Kelce, the Chiefs’ star tight end, would meet up with her when he attended one of her concerts to discuss rubbing elbows with celebrities.
“The most fun thing about having Travis out on tour is he would go to the tents and give me the tea afterward,” Swift said. “We would do the debrief afterward in the car.”
One can’t help but wonder if the same thing happens when Swift attends a Chiefs game. Does she give Kelce the tea after a game?
Who knows what the world-famous couple will talk about following the Chiefs’ game Monday against the Commanders? But Swift was back at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium to watch Kelce and the Chiefs.
One thing they will talk about: Kelce’s touchdown catch in the third quarter. That tied a Chiefs franchise record, and Swift cheered with Brittany Mahomes, the KC Current co-owner and wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes by her side.
