Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift visited one of their favorite KC spots after game Sunday
With the opening last month of the 1587 Prime Steakhouse, it seemed that Chiefs star Travis Kelce and fiancée Taylor Swift would have a perfect spot they could visit after each game.
Kelce and teammate Patrick Mahomes partnered with Noble 33 on the restaurant, which has a private entrance. The Chiefs stars celebrated Mahomes’ birthday at 1587 Prime after a game earlier this season.
But after the Chiefs defeated the Lions 30-17 on Sunday night at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Kelce and Swift visited a Kansas City establishment that has special meaning to the couple.
Photos shared on social media showed Swift and Kelce, who got engaged in August, were at Prime Social on Sunday night.
Prime Social, a cocktail bar off the Country Club Plaza, is one of the couple’s old favorites in Kansas City.
After Swift attended her first game as a Chiefs fan at Arrowhead in 2023 (and went public with her relationship with Kelce), the couple headed to Prime Social. They were joined there by Chiefs teammates, as former Kansas City safety Justin Reid noted a few years ago on the “Golf Underground” podcast.
“So Travis rents out Prime Social right downtown, and from Prime Social he throws a private party, all the players are invited,” Reid said. “And everybody at some point or another meets Taylor. And Taylor is just awesome.
“She found a way to compliment everybody that she met that night. They were enjoying themselves having a good time. And you know, everyone got a chance to meet her. It was a really organic space, and it was a lot of fun.”
Parade reported that Kelce and Swift went to Prime Social on Sunday night after photos were shared on social media. Parade noted some pictures were shared by Samantha Corum, who is married to Kelce’s cousin Tanner Corum.
