Adidas releases tribute video in honor of Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes’ NFL record

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes on Sunday broke an NFL record that had been held by Aaron Rodgers.

Mahomes, playing in his 116th career regular-season game, threw four touchdown passes in the Chiefs’ 37-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

The second of those four TD tosses was the 250th of Mahomes’ career, and no quarterback in NFL history had reached that milestone in fewer games. Rodgers held the old record, having gotten to 250 touchdown passes in 121 games.

Adidas paid tribute to Mahomes’ historic feat with a special video.

“Fastest ever to 250 passing TDs? Of course he is,” Adidas wrote in an Instagram post while sharing the video.
