1587 Prime steakhouse from Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes shares glimpse at menu

The 1587 Prime steakhouse from Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce will be opening later this year, but the Chiefs stars have had the opportunity to sample some of the fare on the menu.

Mahomes previously said one of his goals for the restaurant is to make it accessible to everyone and include items other than steak.

While the full menu has yet to be unveiled, 1587 shared a look at some of the items that will be served at the steakhouse. It came via an Instagram video that showed one page of the menu, perhaps of appetizers.

That includes: A5 Carpaccio (Wagyu beef, pickled mushrooms, pine nuts, umami aioli, shaved black truffle), Tuna Tartare (truffle ponzu, avocado, chili oil, lime air, airy rice cracker) and Tajima Wagyu Beef (whiskey barrel aged soy, triple inferno salt).

There is also a chopped salad, a 33 Burger, a shrimp dish and a steak flight. The video from the restaurant, which will be located at the Loews Kansas City hotel in downtown Kansas City, also shows Kelce and Mahomes eating some of the dishes. Notably missing is the cost.
