Chiefs’ Travis Kelce joins brother for duet of a Bob Seger classic at charity event
When Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce took the stage for a performance during a Taylor Swift concert last year in London, video of the moment dominated social media feeds around the world.
Kelce didn’t sing that day, but if he did one day join Swift for a duet, it would send her fans into a frenzy. And video of that would dwarf what we saw a year ago.
For now, those Swifties will just have to be content with Kelce singing a song with his brother and podcast co-host, Jason. Those two are taking part in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament in South Lake Tahoe.
The golf portion of the charity event begins Friday but the fun got started Thursday night. Each year, the celebs get together the night before they hit the links for a bit of karaoke. One big difference: this show has a band, not recorded music.
And so the Kelce brothers broke out their, uh, version of a Bob Seger classic, “Old Time Rock & Roll.”
As the video from WHB’s Jason Anderson shows, the Kelces even tried a little choreographed dance.
There is little question the Kelce brothers will be ribbing one another about that performance on next week’s episode of their New Heights podcast.
