Isiah Pacheco gets degree from Rutgers, dons Chiefs’ Super Bowl rings for graduation

Running back Isiah Pacheco has earned more than $2 million during his career with the Chiefs and he’s already won a pair of Super Bowl championships.

Given his professional success and financial security, the 26-year-old Pacheco could have simply put off finishing his degree until his playing days were over. Or he could have never completed his school work.

Instead, Pacheco finished his degree at Rutgers University and graduated this month. When he was playing for the Scarlet Knights, Pacheco was a Criminal Justice major.

It was an important night for Pacheco, who shared photos and videos on Instagram, and the Rutgers football team posted photos on its X account.

Pacheco, who was a seventh-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, wore his two Super Bowl rings to the graduation ceremony and decorated his mortar board.

Here are photos from his big night.
