Deion Sanders was referred to Jason Sudeikis’ mom when looking for a travel agent
Colorado coach Deion Sanders is looking for a little getaway before the start of football season.
Sanders, who goes by the moniker Coach Prime, posted a message on X saying he was looking for a travel agent.
“Who’s the best Travel person in the game right now that can book wonderful, exciting, exotic, luxury trips on the Low Low for me and my family?” Sanders wrote. “Y’all know I’m Frugal so Be honest and keep it . If you’re that person you will get all the Sanders business. #CoachPrime”
That message had more than 300 responses, but one in particular stood out. An X user named Sheri Ruegsegger said Sanders needed to contact someone in Kansas City: Kathy Sudeikis.
That last name may look familiar. She is the mother of Jason Sudeikis, the Emmy Award-winning actor/creator of “Ted Lasso” and “Big Slick” co-host. Kathy Sudeikis is the Vice President of Corporate Relations for Acendas Travel in Overland Park.
“Kathy Sudeikis from Acendas Travel in KC. My friend uses her all the time,” Ruegsegger wrote. “She’s Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso actor) mother so she’s familiar with high-end clientele. Voted one of the world’s top travel agents from Travel and Leisure magazine multiple times.”
No word on whether Sanders made that call to Kathy Sudeikis, but that would be a pretty cool connection.
