Here’s what to know about buying a parking pass for KC Royals games in 2025
The weather forecast for the Royals’ 2025 season opener is splendid.
A high temperature of 78 is expected with just a small chance of rain. Royals fans usually have to deal with cooler weather on opening day, but it should be shorts-and-T-shirt weather. A jersey would work, too.
There also is some good news when it comes to parking. The cost didn’t increase this season, remaining at $20 for a general pass. A reserved parking pass is $30, and an oversize vehicle pass is $40. There is a $1 service fee for each pass, which the team said has been in place since the 2020 season.
The Royals said fans should have their parking pass on the MLB Ballpark App on their mobile device when the arrive at the Truman Sports Complex.
Those prices are for fans who purchase parking online in advance.
Parking passes are available at the gate, but there is an additional $10 cost, so it would be $30 for general, $40 for reserved, or $50 for an oversized vehicle. The Royals said fans can make payments at tollbooths at Gates 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Rideshare
Fans who arrive via an Uber, Lyft or other type of rideshare, the pickup line is in Lot A. Flags will be visible for those using that option.
