Let’s face it: When the Royals announced that Joe’s Kansas City would be selling its famous Z-Man sandwich at Kauffman Stadium this season, any other new food offerings would pale in comparison.

But it turns out, one of those tasty treats will be blue in comparison.

Aramark Sports + Entertainment announced that fans will be able to find two new and unique food offerings at Kauffman Stadium starting this season.

The Rivals Sports Bar will be selling Blue Velvet Whoopie Pies, and the description of the dessert is simply this: Blue velvet cakes and vanilla fluff.

The Royals also will have a snack named in honor of their mascot, Sluggerrr.

Fans will be able to find the Sluggerrr Dog at Craft and Draft. This is the description from Aramark: Chorizo topped with Manchego, tempura batter, Doritos Cool Ranch crust and avocado aioli. It is served with french fries.

Vinnie’s Italian Beef Pasqwich will return for the 2025 season. It’s being sold in Section 208.

This sandwich, named for first baseman Vinnie Pasquantino, has shaved Italian beef with two slices of provolone cheese, hash brown patties, two bacon strips and aioli on a grilled brioche bun.
