A couple of Chiefs players did a little strength work away from the team facility during their bye week.

It didn’t involve weightlifting, nor did it take place in a gym. This was a result of the blizzard that hit Kansas City.

A viral video showed a woman’s car was stuck in the snow, but center Creed Humphrey and guard Trey Smith came to her aid. The duo had more than enough muscle to free the car.

And if you needed help of this nature, you’d have to be thrilled that a pair of All-Pro offensive linemen were on hand.

Starcade Media shared this video from Instagram user Ana Demmer.

Demmer is dating Humphrey and a Fox 4 story said she is a friend of the owner of the car, Gretchen Enyeart.

“(Humphrey and Smith) got to my car when they heard I was stuck,” Enyeart told Fox 4. “Two solid pushes and I was back on the road.”
