Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes isn’t expecting a warm welcome from Bills fans at Sunday’s game, but he should have some support at Highmark Stadium.

There appear to be plenty of tickets available for the game on the secondary market, so Chiefs fans could attend if they choose.

And two airlines have added extra flights from Kansas International Airport to Buffalo Niagara International Airport ahead of the game, which kicks off at 3:25 p.m. Sunday.

Justin Meyer, deputy director of aviation for the Kansas City aviation department, shared a message on social media about Southwest Airlines and Delta Airlines adding the flights to accommodate Chiefs fans.

There apparently was great demand. Southwest added a direct flight to Buffalo for Friday and it is already sold out. However, Delta’s direct flight leaves Saturday morning and tickets were still available.

Those airlines and others still have other flights available from Kansas City to Buffalo ahead of Sunday’s big game.
