Taylor Swift fans found another old social-media message from Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce they just love.

Kelce’s messages on Twitter (now X) from more than a decade ago were widely shared late last year as people chuckled at his spelling of the word squirrel, his eagerness to eat at IHOP and thoughts on “The Price Is Right.”

Another tweet was shared Friday after the double-album “The Tortured Poets Department” was released by Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

In 2011, Kelce had not played the previous season for the Bearcats after being kicked off the team for flunking a marijuana test.

At that time, Kelce couldn’t have imagined he’d be the subject of at least two songs from the world’s biggest music star, Swift.

The song selection, as Kelce noted 13* years ago, “is out of control.”

*Hey, 13 is a special number for Swift and her fans

Swifties and Chiefs fans alike loved that tweet resurfacing for the new album, and many shared their thoughts on X. Here is a bit of what was being said.
