For Pete's Sake

Young Royals fan had a hilarious series of reactions to parents being on Kiss Cam

The Royals offer fans a number of diversions during inning breaks at Kauffman Stadium games.

The hot dog race, whether in human or animated form, is always a favorite, as are the hidden ball game and the Kiss Cam.

However, during Friday’s Royals-Padres game, one fan wasn’t thrilled with what he saw on the Kiss Cam: his parents.

A couple was sitting in the stands with their son and daughter. When they came up on the Kiss Cam, the daughter was happy and excited. The son not so much. He went through a range of emotions in a 7-second period.

There was shock at the sight of his parents on the CrownVision board, then a grimace, followed by a bit of embarrassment. It was a funny sequence.
